Ermaksan Gear has been crafting precision gears, custom gears, custom gear and gearbox products since 1960. The plant (20,000 square meters) is strategically located at the Sincan-Ankara and serves the needs of a variety of traditional industries and emerging high-tech industries that require precision gears including medical device gears, military gears, instrumentation gears, aerospace gears, semi-conductor gears, and robotics gears.
Ermaksan Gears services thousands of applications ranging from Agriculture, Machine Shops, Manufacturing, Mining, Robotics, Packaging, Printing, Textiles to Woodworking. Uniquely, Rush Gears offers all customers rush deliveries ranging from same day to 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity, quantity, and size of the part(s).
With 210 Cnc machines and 150 personnel, we provide service to a wide range of customers in home and abroad. Ermaksan gear is the only company in Turkey that can produce all kinds of gears. We make our name known in the world by producing high quality gears and gearboxes with CNC profile grinding machines.
